Seahawk Inshore Fishing Report 3/14/2016 SPRING FISHING IS CRANKING UP!!!! Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum and Whiting. Flounder, Sheephead, Bluefish, etc. not far behind.

The spring fishing season is here and it looks like this spring is shaping up to be a good one. There are good numbers of redfish around, a few speckled trout, whiting, and black drum. The flounder, bluefish, sheephead and other inshore speices are not far behind. I am really looking forward to warmer weather

Seahawk Inshore Fishing Report 05/04/2015 Spring Fishing Report Redfish, Black Drum, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Few Flounder, Speckled Trout, and Sheephead.

The inshore, nearshore, and backwater fishing is really starting to kick in. Water temps are up, bait is showing up, and spring has finally sprung.. We are still waiting for a few more species to move in and pretty soon we will have a variety of fish to pursue on the lower Cape Fear. We
